- Smartwaiver — to collect and store your signed liability waivers
- Make.com — to move data securely between our systems
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising and measurement via the Meta pixel (see Section 4)
- Email and communication tools — to send you messages you've asked to receive
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business sale or reorganization.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use the Meta pixel, which helps us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
