Ela teaches Roots, Roots + Restore, Flow, and Mobility Stretch & students can expect to be challenged physically/mentally with a sense of playful curiosity and leave feeling grounded, aligned, and connected.

Expect an amazing sound track and hints of live music. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and towel. 

Sauna sessions can be booked separately before or afterwards.
